On-site registration
It will be possible, but the on-site registration fee will be 700€ (VAT included). Therefore, we recommend you to register online to benefit from a better fee. Online form will be available until September 9.

Abstract authors (15 min) 12 + 3 (Q&A)
Session invited (25 min) 20 + 5 (Q&A)
Plenary talk (45 min) 35 + 10 (Q&A)
Conference dinner
It will take place at Estació de França on September 15 at 20:30.

Welcome cocktail
The reception desk will be open from 16:00 on September 13, where you will be able to pick your credential and congress materials. At 18:00 the welcome cocktail will start at the venue.

Venue location
The conference will take place in Auditori Axa, located at Avinguda Diagonal, 547, 08029 Barcelona. There will be a big sign outside to mark the way.
Posters
Posters should be 90*120 cm in vertical layout
There will be two poster sessions:

September 14: to be hanged on 13-09 in the afternoon or on 14-09 in the morning (posters should be collected at the end of 14-09).

September 15: to be hanged on 15-09 in the morning (posters should be collected at the end of 15-09 or at the end of 16-09).
PPT/PDF presentations
If you are presenting at Auditorium: Please upload your presentation in the control room (floor 2) at least 1 hour before your conference.
If you are presenting at Parallel room: You will be able to connect your USB directly to the computer in the room before starting your conference
